How to make Cauliflower fried rice
Place a wok or pan on medium to high heat. Add the sesame oil, olive oil, and sautee the garlic, onions and mixed peppers.
Stir in the cauliflower rice, pepper, soy sauce, and fry for a few minutes.
Pour in the scrambled eggs, add the salt and adjust the taste if needed.
Serve and enjoy your cauliflower egg fried rice.
