Beef: Sirloin, tenderloin, or chuck roast. I like to buy chuck roast and cut into cubes of about the same size.

Garlic: Fresh garlic minced, you can substitute with store-bought canned minced garlic.

Pepper: I mix my black pepper and paprika because I like a kick to my food and it balances the taste and brings it all together.

Salt

Worcestershire sauce

Soy sauce: I use a mixture of low sodium soy sauce and dark soy sauce half and half.

Flour: all-purpose flour

Corn flour: corn flour helps thicken the gravy
