Easy Crepes Recipe

Easy crepes recipe using a few pantry ingredients. This foolproof recipe will yield thin, delicious homemade perfect crepes.

  • Blender


  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 3 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoon Butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  • Add the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter, salt, and milk to the blender and belnd unitl smooth without lumps.
  • Put a skillet on medium heat, grease with butter, and pour about ⅛ cup of the crepe batter on to the skillet.
  • Swirl the batter until the batter is spread evenly in a thin layer in the pan.
  • Cook until bubbles appear and flip.
  • Repeat until all batter is used up.
  • Serve and Enjoy
    Crepes folded in quarters served with strawberries and blackberries


  • Crepes batter should be lump-free, use a blender to mix.
  • Brush oil or melted butter on your griddle or skillet before putting the batter, you may need to brush before each crepe.
  • Once the tiny bubbles appear, the crepe is ready to be flipped, for the other side to brown.
  • Leave your batter to rest for at least 30 minutes or make the batter and keep in the fridge for 24 hours before making the crepes.
