Easy Waffles Recipe

This Easy Waffles Recipe is easy and quick to make. Waffles are a classic breakfast and they are loved and enjoyed by children and adults. The best waffles are crisp on the outside, yet fluffy.

  • Waffle Maker


  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil or melted butter


  • Combine the dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Break the eggs in a bowl and beat with a whisk or hand mixer
  • Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Preheat Waffle Maker.
  • Scoop about ¾ cup of the waffle mix into the waffle maker. Avoid putting too much to avoid it spilling over the sides of the waffle maker.
  • Follow the ready indicator sign on the waffle maker or cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove the cooked waffle with a plastic spoon.
  • Serve and enjoy your crisp, fluffy and delicious waffles with toppings of your choice.


To make Buttermilk Waffles.
 substitute normal milk for buttermilk
Whisk buttermilk, add remaining wet ingredients, add to the dry ingredients.
