Simple Banana Pancakes Recipe
These simple banana pancakes are tasty, fluffy and the banana flavor makes it so yummy! These pancakes make a good breakfast or brunch.

Instructions
Mash the bananas in a bowl using a fork.
In another mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, baking [powser, sugar, salt.
Break the egg in another bowl and whisk by hand.
Add the milk, oil and the mashed bananas to the egg.
Add the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk. It is okay to be lumpy. Do not overmix the batter
Turn on the griddle or put a skillet on medium heat and brush with oil or melted butter.
Pour about ½ cup of the batter onto the griddle or skillet.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until you see tiny bubbles, flip and cook the other side until brown.
Repeat until the batter finishes.
Serve and enjoy with toppings of your choice.
Notes
TIPS
Do not overmix your batter. It is okay for your batter to be lumpy after mixing.
Brush oil or melted butter on your griddle or frying pan before putting the batter.
Once the tiny bubbles appear, the pancakes are ready to be flipped.
I like to mix my pancake batter by hand to avoid overmixing.
You can use overripe bananas.
