Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl; flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon powder(optional)
in another bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil, and whisk.
Add the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Leave to rest for a few minutes
Pour the batter into a squeeze bottle or cleaned mustard or ketchup bottle
Place a nonstick skillet on heat or turn on an electric griddle, when hot squeeze the batter to make circles as small as a dime.
Let it cook for a few seconds or until bubbles appear, turn the pancake to the other side to cook.
Pour in a bowl and repeat until all batter is done.
Serve with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
