Season the beef cubes with the black pepper, paprika, and salt.
Put a skillet on high heat, add a spoon of olive oil and brown the beef in a single layer.
Turn the beet and brown on the other side. Set aside
Put a pot on medium to high heat, add the remaining olive oil, sautee the garlic and onions.
Add the flour and the cornflour.
Add the beef broth, whisk and simmer for 4 minutes.
Add the dark soy sauce, low sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and the browned beef.
Simmer for 20-30 mins.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
