Combine beef, 2 spoons of soy sauce, black pepper & paprika. set aside for 15 mins and drain
In another bowl, combine beef broth, corn starch, remaining soy sauce, and oyster sauce
Put a Wok on high heat until very hot, add half of the oil, garlic, onions and stir fry beef for 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Set aside.
Put the empty wok back on high heat, add the remaining oil, garlic, onions, and mixed peppers, add the mushroom and stir fry for another 4 -5 minutes.
Add the beef with its juices, the green onions, and beef broth mixture to the stir fry.
Let the sauce thicken for about 3 -5 minutes and Enjoy with white rice or noodles.
