Instructions
Add the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter, salt, and milk to the blender and belnd unitl smooth without lumps.
Put a skillet on medium heat, grease with butter, and pour about ⅛ cup of the crepe batter on to the skillet.
Swirl the batter until the batter is spread evenly in a thin layer in the pan.
Cook until bubbles appear and flip.
Repeat until all batter is used up.

Notes
TIPS
Crepes batter should be lump-free, use a blender to mix.
Brush oil or melted butter on your griddle or skillet before putting the batter, you may need to brush before each crepe.
Once the tiny bubbles appear, the crepe is ready to be flipped, for the other side to brown.
Leave your batter to rest for at least 30 minutes or make the batter and keep in the fridge for 24 hours before making the crepes.
